1. Service Downtime: If our services are down for more than 72 consecutive hours after you have raised a concern with us, you are eligible for a refund. The 72-hour period begins once we have acknowledged your issue and logged it into our system.

- The downtime is caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or internet service provider failures.
- The downtime is due to scheduled maintenance or upgrades, which we will notify you about in advance.
